RETURNS :
If you are not satisfied with your jewellery, you have alegal cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
To notify us of your wish to return a product, simply write to us at the following address: contact@meaayaya.com.
Postal charges for returns to France Métropolitaine are at our expense. Once we have received your return request, you will receive a return label by email.
Outside Metropolitan France, the return postage is at your expense. Don't forget to notify us of your return.
Please note that for your return request to be accepted, the jewel must not have been worn or damaged. All jewellery must be returned in its original packaging. If the above conditions are not met, your return will be refused.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS :
Please send us your request by email, specifying whether you wish to make an exchange or a refund. We will refund the price of the returned jewel (not including the delivery fees) directly to your bank account. An email will be sent to you to confirm the refund.
